Job Description

DOUGS TOGO CREW MEMBER POSITION

Doug’s ToGo is a mobile food truck that has been providing fresh seafood as a fundraising opportunity to nonprofit organizations all over the state since 2008. Our mission is to provide outstanding, high quality food with even better service, while focusing on giving back to various charities. We are looking for friendly, hardworking and versatile employees to represent our business in a positive way and provide exceptional customer service as we are representing our business as well as the charitable partner we are fundraising for. We are looking for someone who is ready to join and benefit our hardworking team and we also offer the opportunity for growth within our business. Our newest crew member must be professional, reliable and polite. A typical work week would consist of four twelve hour shifts, totaling approximately forty eight hours a week. Plus up to $7,000 in tips annually. Though experience is preferred, all training can be done upon hiring.

PAY:

• $40,000 per year
• Up to $7,000 annually in tip sharing
• 4-day work week

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with a cash register
• Loading and unloading the trailer
• Taking customer orders
• Food preparation
• Maintaining the cleanliness of trailer
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a neat appearance

SKILLS:

• Dependability- he/she is responsible for being on time for work, and consistent with the work they do
• Basic math skills
• Customer service- helping to make sure that all customer interactions are positive. Accommodating customer requests
• Enthusiasm to learn
• Physical stamina- he/she must be able to be on their feet for the duration of their shift
• Team player- being willing to assist your team members when needed and work together to ensure that our business is being positively represented
